This created a huge gap of STaM that was not prepared according to the Halacha and is invalid, which cannot be identified after preparation.

In most cases, prices of STaM will be according to who the customer is.

Thus, the same product will be priced from customer to customer.

The method of buying and selling today is conducted according to the shape of the letters and the beauty of the writing.
As for Halachah 90% of the kashrut problems cannot be seen after the preparation is finished.

In the STaM market all faith in Kashrut depends on the word of those who profit from selling them such as merchants, shops and Sofrei STaM.
