A BROKEN MARKET

Over the years, he discovered that the possibility of finding a Sefer Torah, Tefillin or Mezuzah that were made according to Halacha in such an overcrowded and unsupervised market is almost non-existent.

JOURNEY KNOWING

I WAS TAKING A RISK,

BUT I KNEW THAT I WAS ON THE RIGHT PATH AND THAT, WITH

HASHEMS' (G-d) HELP,

I WOULD SUCCEED".

AWAKENING CALL

When Rabbi Shalevs' father passed away on the Eve of Shavuot, it made him stop and think 'what imprint he would leave behind after one hundred and twenty.

This is what motivated him to devote his life and all his abilities to solve the STaM Kashrut problem.

The Journey

Rabbi Gavriel Shalev began working with technology companies from around the world in search of a solution that would be able to monitor and supervise Kashrut for dozens of preparation methods and customs that include tens of thousands of Halachic options that cannot be checked and Halachically supervised by humans.

The Result - Halachic technological supervision

In 2019, R' Gavriel Shalev invented the SHALEV SHIELD, the World's First Artificial Intelligence Technology for Halachic supervision registered as a patent, and capable of monitoring and alerting Supervisors in case of errors and deviations in every detail of the writing and preparation of the STaM.

“Every morning when I get up I don't know if this is my last day, God Forbid. That's why I try to accomplish everything possible that day to correct the Kashrut World of the STaM until I go to sleep.

And when I wake up the next morning in full health, I thank Bore Olam (G-d) for giving me another day to accomplish more, and again I try to do to the limit of my abilities that day, and so every day that passes”.
